Adult classes - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Evenings - 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Saturday Mornings (with approval of Instructor) - 9:00 am to 10:30 am
$65/Month - No Contracts
(Please note that we currently offer ONLY Adult Classes.)
Each class is divided into two sections:
The 1st section focuses on exercises that aid in centering, movement and ki development.
The 2nd section focuses on applying principles in the practice of aikido techniques.

Rules of Etiquette
Bow out of respect to the art, to relax, and to extend Ki:
- Towards the Aikido calligraphy when entering the Dojo
- Towards the Aikido calligraphy when getting on and off the mat
- Towards the Sensei (instructor) when class begins and ends
- To the Sensei (instructor), and thank him/her when the Sensei demonstrates a technique to you or your partner
- To your partner before and after practicing a technique together
Wear clean and un-tattered clothes when practicing, preferably a white martial arts Gi (uniform)
Remove shoes before going past the sign-in area
Be sure to have clean feet before getting on the mat
Ask permission from the Sensei (instructor) before going on or getting off of the mat
Do not sit idle on the mat, unless individually stretching or meditating before or after class
Vacuum the dojo mat and carpet after each class (as a group)
Only Aikido techniques are allowed to be practiced in the Dojo
