Chief Instructor
Sensei Tom Dapogny, Chief Instructor of Aikido of North Georgia, began his Aikido training under Shihan Hal Singer in 1991 and acquired his initial Ki-Aikido teaching background at the Virginia Ki Society dojo. He was Senior instructor of the Ki-Aikido North Georgia Dojo from 2001 until its restructuring in 2007. His martial arts studies include Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido, Ki Development, Iaido, Kendo and Tai Chi, and continues teaching Tai Chi in private classes.

Senior Instructor
Sensei Michelle Largent has been a martial artist for over 16 years. Representing the 3rd generation of martial artists in her family, she studied Tae Kwon Do in Germany and Indiana. She also studied Shoryuin Muso Chishin Ryu for 8 years while living in Washington DC, and holds the title of Yudansha in Tang Soo Do. She formally studied Aikido for 3 years prior to coming to the Ki-Aikido North Georgia Dojo where she become an integral force in the dojo's training efforts. Michelle formally became Senior Instructor with the creation of Aikido of North Georgia in 2007.
